A gallery feels authored when its set is stable. Here is the fixed kit behind every YourBioLinks sitting.
The fixed kit. Deep-blue hardcover volume, gilt ribbon bookmark, polished blank nameplate, warm window light. Four elements, unchanged across every portrait on this site. A visitor scrolling the gallery should be able to name the desk before they name the model — that is the point of a studio signature.
Stability also protects honesty. The same fictional framing in every image makes it obvious these are composed portraits of invented women, not candid photographs of real people borrowed from somewhere else.
Where variation lives. Variation lives in the sitter: hair, age within the adult range we publish, expression, wardrobe colour and cut. It also lives in posture — seated straight, turned sideways, leaning in — because a book of lives should never repeat the same stance twice.
When you generate your own sitting, change one variable at a time. Swap the robe colour before you swap the pose; you will learn what each choice does, and your gallery will read as chapters of one volume rather than pages torn from six.
